great idea. But waht if any girl uses it, goes to a party, and has sex with some guy. That guy will start to scream while the girl remembers that she was wearing the condom

Actually seems like it's the woman's body - she should be able to do with it as she please... upto and including shoving razor blades up her jumper if she wants...

To recap:

It's her body to protect - any injury would require penetration by the man which means you are now "in her personal space" and just a temporary guest anyway.
