so... Oct 14th 2008 came, went and no big UFO or aliens
Someone get Pagani and burn him at the stake!!! 
here I was about to put on a tin foil hat, when I came to the realization that nothing happened, there is no giant UFO on the news,  no federation of light aliens coming in a ship with a security field, no jets scrambling near my home, no crazy looking helicopter gunships, nothing, just some very embarrased ufologists that will never come out to the world again
no conspiracy, at least now we know, aliens are nonsense

Haha! I once read about a guy called Johannes Stoffler back the 1500s or so who predicted that the world would end on some day, and it did for many people, because a storm rolled in and killed people who had stupidly built arks on the Rhine to escape. Later, he selected another date, but nothing happened!

anyways, here is a link, some person names Blossom Goodchild (hippie parents I suppose) predicted and actualy poosted a message from some aliens that they were going to show up Oct. 14th, 2008 at 11:00pm with a gigantic 2000 mile across space ship that would stay visible for the whole world to see

Maybe it has been held by a interstellar bottleneck...
or they just went in search of the best road in the universe...
