Default Serial ATA or SCSI?

Hi, I'm going to change my database server, but I have a doubt.
I'm keeping a Xeon 3,2dual with 1GB of RAM for replicated databases, but I need to buy a smaller to put another databases without replication. I'm using MS Small Business Server 2000 with 20 Win98/XP workstations.
I think a Pentium4 EE will do the job ok, but about the hard disk, I would like yur opinion if I use a SCSI or Serial ATA. I know both are fast, but I'm affraid about the reliability of serial atas when working DBs. Can somebody help me.

Well I think SCSI is faster than SATA still, but I'm pretty sure SCSI is still more reliable than any ATA drive. If you could afford it, I'd get the SCSI.
