Z06 Location Test Video *2nd one added*
 Linky http://www.jabbasworld.net/dload.php...e&file_id=1570
A little video I threw together while scouting new filming/photo locations.
Using a new HD Widescreen DV Camcorder - quality of the orginial video footage is not done justice in this downsampled DiVX version.
But it does show off the stereo audio recording - oh and celebrate the "back to open pipes" status of the RC45 Z06 (until the next ticket that is )

Great picture RC, how big is the original DV footage for 4 and a half minutes?
The recording of the engine sound is plain great. Can't wait to see u wake up the sleeping beauty infront of the Camcorder. (hmm....I just heard what I type LOL)
You gotta like the last scene ~

Original capture size is about 1.4GB uncompressed - but I only captured it in DV format, not the recorded HD DV format. I am having HD driver issues on the Win2K system and the XP system - sucks because I would like to edit and use the HD footage.

No they were watching the whole excercise.. and I stopped to chat with them.
Really nice guys - they loved the sound and we chatted for about 10 minutes after I stopped.

Its good to hear that you put the open pipes back on RC. The vids that you posted when you had them on sounded very nice and menacing at the same time. I have the same question as gigdy what happened to the cutout plan? I guess I need to start donating so I can see your new vids.

Now that’s what I’m talking about; a proper muscular sound. You were a smart man to go back to the open pipes. That sound is just too intoxicating.

Great video quality! I bet it makes little children cry when you get on it with the open pipes.....

Another day of video scouting concluded... I think I have my spot for exotic driveby's pretty much worked out - the only added angle will be a human pan of the car driving past.
 http://www.jabbasworld.net/dload.php...e&file_id=1578
The big question though, is will the exotics exhaust note be as much of a part of the videos as the push rod V8's?? Or will we need cheesy music to fill in the silence.. hehe
