LOL another great Clarkson review! The 335i
You should all read this full review especially because he talks about his time in Cali and the filming of "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly". But the end of this review in one of his best ever, here you go this made me laugh out loud, some of my co-workers looked over at me! -
" As a driver’s car, then, this is yet another winner. But I still wouldn’t buy one.
You need to think of it as a painting by the world’s greatest artist. Yes, the brush strokes are magnificent. Yes, the texture is superb. Yes, the perspective is world class and the detailing is better than you’d get from Leonardo.
But what he’s actually painted in this case is big dog turd. "

As usual with Clarkson's review. Although I like it because it is different and entertaining. If you want specs and what not, you could grad a Motor Trend, Car, Automobile , etc, etc, etc.
I agree w/ him on all counts, it is too bad the car is such a "blah".
I am afraid the E46 will be the last great looking classic.

LMAO!
Typical Clarkson. But well I agree with him, the car is great. Yet I wouldn't have one

Yeah I can't wait for the 28th too. But for cars like the 325i I would just assume read about and not have them waste video on! That would be a snoozer of a TG piece. Then again I would even rather watch a 325i review then yet another 30 min long piece where they try to go sailing in cars or what ever! Let’s hope there is much less clowning around in this up coming series. Like the shows from 2005. Those were the best. The right balance of good car reviews and some antics.
This past series was the worst Top Gear ever!

To each their own. There were hardly any good car reviews last series. Plus there was only like 1 or 2 cars per show and half the time the stig didn’t even drive them. Then there was all that nonsense!
Carwash fire = fake and not funny.
Monkeys on car roof = staged and not funny.
Caravan fire = staged and not funny.
Car sailing = not funny.
Radio skit = really stupid and not funny.
And they were all way, way too long! If you thought the last series was their best you must not like cars very much!

Clarkson seems completely disgusted by the 3-series (sedan and coupe) designs despite most saying that they are the best looking from the Bangle-BMWs. I actually think the car looks great Regarding the past series of Top Gear, I'm sorry but i have to agree with dani_d_mas and dm_h_2007, the cars weren't very interesting and so were the segments. But at least there's a lot to look forward to in the next season... Ferrari 599, Lambo LP640, Porsche 911 Turbo, GT3, GT3 RS, AMG 6.3 Variants, Z4 M Coupe, 335i, M6 convertible, Audi S6, S8 and lots more... assuming they review all these great cars that came out in 2006

Fake or not, it was damn funny!
But I agree, more about the fast cars please, but what can you do if there aren't fast cars released that season :bah:

Yes, last series wasn´t the best one concerning cars, but it had very funny features even though they were staged. The best series to date is series 7 IMO. Just six eps, but absolutely brilliant, esp. the Veyron race

My favorite car piece by far was the Ford GT, Zonda, F430 in France! That was fantastic!! I don’t know what series that was. My favorite comedy skit was the one where they had to get a Porsche for 10k, and got the 924, 944, and 928!! That’s was great!! My second favorite comedy bit was the other one were they had to get cars for a certain amount and May got the old Jag, and then they all had to drive on the rocks with a bowl full of water in their laps!!! LOL
Those were all great!! I didn’t think anything in the last series ever came close to those. It's just not funny like it used to be and like I said before all those skits last series were way, way too long.
