Found this place for the Fifth Gear download from today (1/28/08). Don't worry I will seed when I am done to get my ratio up.

5G justs kills a little time before TG comes back.

Um.. are there no earlier seasons? I have EVERY episode, so if needed, I could upload some season packs maybe...

There are, I just did not even know about Top Gear until their 4th season. I have loved it ever since. 
I have no desire to see the older episodes, though I have seen torrents for them around the web.

If you love Top Gear you need to add series 1-3. Otherwise you would miss the seeing The Stig, originally wearing all black, killed off at the beginning of series 3. Rumor is, after Perry McCarthy wrote the book Flat Out, Flat Broke: Formula 1 the Hard Way! revealing that he was enigmatic driver The Stig, they killed him off.
