Uhm - it used to be common farging sense when I was learning to drive that tall vehicles can tip over so yo udont drive them like an idiot.

Instead os mandating stability control, how just dont buy the crap.

The market would sort out the rubbish rather than disguising it with expensive failure prone electronics.
