Game video capture question

I am trying to record videos from NFS2SE and I am using Screen VidShot wich is amasingy simple. Fraps dont work for older NFS's, also tryed CamStudio but not good results(recording wrong video size issue).

The only codec for wich you can set performance is ffdshow video encoder all other codecs are set and you cannot change performance and encoding with them get a very bad quality results



here is the vid (Macca ) as you can see its not smooth at all all codecs had this problem, in game its smooth but encoded its like this, maybe cause its reading video from CD. What bitrate and framerates or anything else I should set in ffshow?

if anyone know how to convert .dct format video files than we will see top quality vids from NFS2SE
