Default Well this really sucks...

I went into work today with the intention of picking up another car and when I got there I find out it was sold the night before at like 8pm.

Anyway the car was a 2003 Nissan 350Z Track edition with ONLY 13000 miles on it and it had Nismo exhaust and intake and R-tune cams. But the real kicker is that I could have had it for ONLY $21,000 USD! So now I'm looking at an '04 Mini Cooper S 6-spped for about $14k...

well the payments wouldn't be that harsh with my credit and the fact that I would put down 25% ($5,000) I honestly think I would be happier with the Mini or something similar since the idea is to have a car that doesn't gulp gasoline but sips it and the mini would be more friendly in the winter if I didn't feel like driving the truck. I was thinking of getting an Acura but with all new cars next year why would I buy one now? that and I drive them all day long I want something different.

Dani I don't have to look it is sitting in the back of the service lot it's just talking to the sales manager then to our financing guy to see what we can work out.

well the guy came and bought it the night before and my dumb ass didn't tell the sales manager I was interested in buying it and the fact that they made about $8000 off it that they wouldn't have with me getting it but it's no big deal since I need a car that is a good all year car but still a track day car aswell (I want to get into SCCA Solo II next season)

Hey Z, have you been ironic? so you finally got it???

I think you'll have some fun with the Cooper S too, but not as much as with the 350Z... good luck and don't forget about the "what you drive" section

$14k for a newish Mini is a pretty good deal. Although with the additions, $21k for the 350Z would have been equally as good.
