Default Making the video "c'était un rendez vous" by Clau

Making the video "C'était un rendez vous", Claude Lelouch says all the truths on this movie. Who drives the car ? Which is this car ? Who is the woman at the end? and many more

Enjoy

Vincent

Whoa

For those who can't understand french, here's what happened.

The driver of the car, was no other then Claude Lelouch himself. The woman at the end was his wife. The car he drove was the same Mercedes Benz you see him drive in this film, for a very simple reason. He needed a car which would go over the gravel roads with minimum vibrations to the camera. Once everything was filmed, he drove the same route again, this time with a Ferrari because he wanted to overlap the sound of a powerful vehicle to give a sensation of speed and noise to the film. When he parked his car at the top of the church, he honked his horn and his wife came up to greet him. He was in the car with another 2 people, so they were in fact 3 in total in the Benz.

Hello, thank you for your translation in English.
A sound is a Ferrari 275 GTB.

So its fake?!!?

He drove through Paris in a Benz then redubbed with a Ferrari sound track.. meh..

My friend and racing coach still has an original copy of this film on reel. I'll have to ask him to rip a good copy of it.
