Probably, a driver of his level and that mistake..........hmmmm.

BUT you have to admit that the decision was harsh, to say the least

Alonso - Renault, and then we look at the race commissars that took the decision:

1 Spanish ( Joaquin Verdegay ? )
1 french
1 english

Let`s say that a 10 position penalty was probably more appropiate

He did that on purpose, the same way he tried to put JV out of the track on purpose. If you are not able of seeing that you must be blind or something.
