Stupidest Car Names EVER!
I was bored. So I spent hours making this list instead of studying... or sleeping. If I forgot anything add on to it. Just make sure it's insanely crazy.
Poorly thought out names- AMC Gremlin: The name Gremlin's bad in all circumstances.
- Chevrolet Citation: Ironic.
- Dodge St. Regis: Too hard?
- Daihatsu Applause: Delusional.
- Daihatsu Naked: Cover it up.
- Daihatsu Town Cube: It does what it says.
- Ford Aspire: Trying, not succeeding.
- Ford Probe: Anal?
- Honda Life Dunk: Why you bought it.
- Isuzu Hombre: Not a good name to have in the US these days.
- Mazda Xedos 9: ???
- Pontiac Aztek: Not only is it ugly, the name has nothing to do with the car, and it's misspelled.
- Rickman Space Ranger: What's a Rickman?
- Toyota Deliboy: Anything with "boy" sounds wrong.
- Toyota Stout: I see what they're saying, but Stout=Beer to too many people.
- Toyota Toyopet: Cute?
- Volkswagen Thing: As ugly as it sounds.
- Volugrafo Bimbo: It's a 40's roadster from Italy, but it's uglier than you think.
- Nissan S-Cargo: I thought this was clever and endearing. S-Cargo = Escargot? And it looks like a snail!
Lost in translation- Chevrolet Nova: People say this all the time. No go.
- Ford Pinto: Pinto's some sort of bean, first of all, and it's small penis, apparently.
- Mitsubishi Pajero: Pajero = masturbator = straw picker? = plumber? No. It's a cat. Felis pajeros.
- Honda Fitta: Fitta = pussy.
- Buick LaCrosse: LaCrosse = "se crosser" = masturbate.
- Mazda Laputa: Laputa = "la puta" = the whore!
- Toyota MR2: MR2 = "MRDeux" = Merde
- Mitsubishi Starion: Starion = Stallion? Mitsubishi says "Star of Orion", which is even more preposterous.
Punctuation annoyances- Kia Cee'd: Annoying.
- Kia Pro_cee'd: More annoying.
- Kia Ex_cee'd: Exceedingly annoying.
- Honda That’s: That's what?
Totally f***ed up names- Daihatsu Charade Social Poze: It's a CHARADE, for Pete's sake!
- Daihatsu Rugged Field Sports Resin Top: Resin Top? It's made of leaking wood?
- Dodge Dart Swinger Special: That sounds... wrong.
- Geely King Kong: It's not even big.
- Great Wall Wingle: ...
- Honda Vamos Hobio Travel Dog: For dogs.
- Honda Wonderful Open-hearted Wagon Concept: Has a dog cage in place of the glove box.
- Isuzu GIGA 20 Light Dump: ...
- Isuzu Mysterious Utility Wizard: I'd be frightened to buy a car that's "mysterious". But it's nothing more than the mundane Rodeo.
- Mazda Autozam Carol MeLady
- Mazda Autozam Scrum: It just sounds so unpleasant. Scrum.
- Mazda Bongo Brawny
- Mazda Bongo Friendee: Mad mad name for a van. But not as mad as many cars in this list.
- Mazda Bounty/Fighter/Drifter: Rather exciting names for dull utility vehicles.
- Mazda Proceed Marvie Will Breeze: Where did they get Marvie from?
- Mazda Secret Hideout: Can't hide in this hideous thing.
- Mitsubishi Delica Space Gear Super Exceed/Royal Exceed: Space has to do with the amount of room.
- Mitsubishi Fuso Canter Guts
- Mitsubishi Fuso Aero Queen: Funny if you know what Mitsubishi Fusos are.
- Mitsubishi Lettuce: WTF? What does Lettuce have to do with anything?
- Mitsubishi Libero RVR Super Wild Gear: Nothing wild about this wagon.
- Mitsubishi Mini Active Urban Sandal: ...as small as one?
- Mitsubishi Minica Skipper: I can only come up with gay sailor jokes.
- Mitsubishi Mum 500 Shall We Join Us?: Yes. The question mark's included in the name.
- Mitsubishi Pajero Jr. McTwist: What???
- Mitsubishi Pajero Mini Iron Cross: Iron Cross? What does that have to do with the Japanese? Oh...
- Mitsubishi Pajero Mini White Skipper: Once again, I can only come up with gay sailor jokes.
- Mitsubishi Silver Pigeon: It's actually a scooter, but still a ridiculous name.
- Nissan Big Thumb Harmonised Truck: 3 words out of 4 words in the name make no sense.
- Nissan Gloria 300 Ultima Z Gran Turismo: Totally full of itself.
- Nissan Leopard J Ferie: ???
- Nissan Prairie Joy Aero Express: Another ironic car.
- Subaru Domingo Aladdin: Where does Aladdin come from?
- Subaru Sambar Dias Astonish!!: It actually has TWO exclamation points in the name!!
- Suzuki Alto Afternoon Tea
- Suzuki Every Joy Pop Turbo: %@#!$@#%@^#$&@!!!
- Suzuki Mom's Personal Wagon Concept: That's nice.
- Toyota Estima Lucida G Luxury Joyful Canopy: Nothing can prepare you for what this car actually is...

I nominate this as thread of the year!
This must have taken you forever!! Most unique, funny thread i've seen for a while..
I could only come up with the following:
Daihatsu Cappucino: Since when is a coffee, a good name for a car?
Toyota Corona: Most people know this as a beer!
Mazda Astima: But sold for 2 years as A-steama. .........................A-steamer. Enough said!

Isnt a pinto a type or horse?
I was suprised you didnt have the "esteem" on your list. A couple awful cars carry this name.
A strange name for a car that is clearly not likely to give rise to feelings of high self-esteem in drivers. In fact, in a recent survey of pedestrians struck by cars of this type, 99% of victims said that they changed the name of the car that struck them to “Mustang” or “Camaro” when telling others about their accident in order to make the story less boring.

Lamborghini Reventon - in Spanish, reventon means something like flat tire (not exactly something you want while going 200mph)
Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 - where's the Italian passion in that name?
Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against Lamborghinis.
Geely Beauty Leopard - atrociously bland

it's still the Gallardo....
but you remember the plethora of names given the Countach.... LP 400 LP 5000 LP 5000 S and so many more... hehe
How about the Ferrari F430, Ferrari 355, Ferrari 330 GT, Ferrari 250 SWB.... Italians are 60-70% as bad at naming cars as the Germans are

Mazda Astina, mate. My cousin owned one.
One I've always been confused by is the Hyundai Terracan. "Terror can"?
