THey are all just pissy... its odd, they were actually (well, one or two of them) before "Busting" us (were we hiding?) that we both come from JW? I mean... It's the quickest bandwagon jump i've seen since Michael Moore grabbed a the torch for the conservitively challenged all those years ago.

Yeah - the outcome is not quite what I had in mind - although I really am not sure what I was imagining the result of me running over there and pissing them off would be -- but it kept us entertained for a couple hours

Goddamn you guys need to get a life. Just to set the record straight, you're not the only one who likes to visit race tracks. While you do track days, I do wheel to wheel racing. I'm envious of your Porsche experience and your Z06 for sure, but then again I'll turn 20 in March.

Look, if you want to come and chat about cars and racing, that's awesome. But if you want to be an insufferable troll, look elsewhere. We like Forza for more reasons that realism. We like the number of cars, the number of tracks, the tuning and upgrading options, the endless customization and we like how easily we can access all these features through one of the most user-friendly interfaces ever in a racing game. We like racing other people over Xbox Live and sharing set-ups and secrets. I could give two shits about graphics, I don't have an HD TV and I don't plan on getting one any time soon.

sharing set-ups and secrets.
uhh..they aren't really secrets if they're being shared now are they?

your whole post reeks of a last attempt to save face before running off to your room to cry

While RC may not be the only one there who spends time on the track, the fact is most of these racing game players are just that. They have no idea how to control a car in real life and probably think that if they got on the track, they'd instantly become michael schumacher.

Now a lot of you are getting all pissy for no real reason at all. he merely pointed out some of the game's short comings, and everyone came unglued, started mouthing off without knowing anything about who they were trying to insult, and ended up getting owned. So if you really think about it, the ones who need lives, aren't on this forum

What he did was say that Forza 2 will be shit because it doesn't support 1080p and H-Gate shifters. That's not true. Forza 2 will be awesome just like Forza 1.

It may not be a full-on sim like many PC sims, but that's ok because the physics will all be there, the cars will all be there, the driving models will all be there, just not the 3rd pedal, shifter, and high resolution graphics.

Also, I was able to run sub-2 minutes around Laguna Seca my first time ever on track because I had raced it in Forza and knew the line and how fast the corners were in relation to eachother..

Welcome aboard.. stay a while

Forza 2 will suck because of the short comings - period.

Will I buy it - yes. Why - because there is not much else I can play on the XBox360 Micro$haft convicned me to buy as the game platform to end all game platforms

But the Xbox360 is sold a "next gen" console to use "next gen" controller, and "next gen' graphics.. right?

Hmmm.... you don't think having any driving talent and potential had anything to do with it?
