78 huge pics from today-many Ferraris (56k beware!!)
I went with my father to where one of his friends works. He works part time restoring all kinds of vintage exotics and full time at Cosworth building engines. We went and visited him at the restoring facility and there were some really nice cars there, im trying to get a job there
Anyway, less ramble more photo. Some of the pics are a little shakey because it was cold and all I had on was a t-shirt but I thought I would upload them all anyway.
PS - trying a new hosting service. Let me know if it does or doesnt work.
Enjoy!
The above 5 pics of the blue/white car is worth over 5 million
Thats it for the shop, hope you enjoyed it! I sure as hell did
Heres some cars I saw on the way there too.
One of my neighboors Ducatis
Viper in someones driveway near my dads house
Old Vette I saw on the way
Dinan M5 at the Benz dealer near my dads house.
Some jackass that thinks he can fly People hang glide from that spot all the time.

Thats all for today! To quote Ice Cube, "Today was a good day!"

Yeah that place is insane! There was even a whole other building I wasnt able to get into cause the guy didnt have the key  Im gonna try and go back and see if I can poke my head in there. I do know that in the other building there is a painting that the owner of the blue/white Ferrari (not sure on model) had comissioned for the Pebble Beach Concours and that car was on the cover about 4 years ago of the pamphlet. The guy had the artist paint the picture, it was unveiled at the show, the guy walked over to the artist and wrote him a check for $30,000 and said "that painting is the biggest piece of shit ive ever seen, keep it."
What kind of person has enough money to write a $30,000 check for nothing? LOL the same guy that owns a Ferrari worth 5.5 million.

I had to slip in the Z06, that thing was bad ass. It was one of the guys that owns a few of the Ferraris in there. The Z06 is his track car. It had a shit load of work done to it, very nice car.

Yeah - for those guys the Z06 is like a fancy shifter cart - dirt cheap and fast as shit.
Imagine how much fun it is to throw a fully prepped track day car around - knowing that you could cover the $50,000 repairs if you went off with the cash in your briefcase..
You can really get the full value of every minute spent on the track - and push as hard as you like.

Ya I know how much 250s are worth. But for some reason that particular one was ONLY worth about 2 million LOL. I just mentioned that for the sake of the story. I agree with you too, the 250 is my favorite of all time, not only Ferrari, but perhaps of all cars. I just love the shape of that car.
Ill try and go back in a little bit to see if I can get into the other building and see whats in there.
