This car is great, and such an unexpedcted request from an American owner too :? I didn't realise Americans took the whole track day thing seriously :|

Yummi :P super nice, even faster then it was before. But hoped for a whole new kind of a design. :? Another car as nice as the C12S.

For me always is welcome when a supercar is optimized in order to the maximum efficiency by reducing the weight of it, increase the power as much as possible, setting the suspension, brakes and differential towards a racing car model......such as every Lamborghini GT, the 360 CS, every porsche RS....the shame is though, that the car wont be launched in a few numbers as a road legal vehicle....the news is very good anyway

It says its "designed for track use only" - doesnt necessarily mean it won't be road legal. I'm guessing (as dani_d_mas says) that if it was only for track use the customer would have just bought a race car..

I think its most likely a road legal car that won't actually see much road use, but can be driven to- and from the track.

Although i think the interior was one of the main feature of the zonda, its a shame to strip it all out. Maybe the original with 50 more horses would be the best zonda ;)

Wow, that was a light car stock, but 150kg later...that's as light as a Miata, but with 650hp! 8)

Maybe he wanted a car in between the pure racer and the road car? That's the only thing I can think of.

Interesting. Notice that the individual lights have small enclosures over them, whereas the 'normal' Zonda's lights are exposed.

please look at the price of a mosler, then the price of this zonda monza. you really should think before you talk

you see, i was thinking its interesting the re-worked front air dam/air splitter, and the elevated rear wing wich is a total re-design of the old (likely funtionless) wing cirtainly improved airflow is evedent.

i must wonder, w/out air conditioning... does it still have the optional exotic leathers from an ostrich? and luggage to match?

The pony-car market is about 'bang-for-the-buck'...NOT the supercar market. Supercars have never been about performance per dollar.

I know the Mosler costs less...but so what? Do you think the buyer of this Zonda bought a copy of consumer reports and price compared? Do you think he cares that the Mosler costs less?

to me it looks like a enzo front on a Honda NSX rear ...

Does it even bear thinking how much this cost its owner? Good to see Pagani doing such work should I run into a mountain of cash anytime soon although I would agree, the wheels are nasty. Probably very light, but not nice to look at.

Thank God for Italians...And I'm not Italian :) ...But damn they have an uncanny way of capturing sex on wheels..Just drop dead georgous....could this possibly the most beutiful, most exotic in and out Italian car ever made?

i would like you to post the price of the monza and the price of the mosler, thats all i'm asking.

I have plenty more of the Paris show, but those are the only two shots I made from the two Zondas. I was there the first day, so it was sometimes difficult to get a clear shot.

Simply....i agree with dani....for me the racing version of the Zonda is the best looking Zonda its wheels help a lot for the beauty of the car overall

We don't even know how much this Zonda cost the owner, and who cares. I'm not saying the Mosler isn't cheaper, I'm saying no one who is buying a Zonda is going to give one shit that the Mosler is cheaper...you don't buy a supercar because its a good deal, can you understand that?

I for one am kind of upset that you say this. I know lots of people who love doing track days...the only problem is over here they are so expensive, or maybe that's because I'm still in school. anyhow I would love to have this car for track driving. But because I'm still poor and predominately autocross, I will have to stick with a smaller car.
