dont feel like reading everything... but i got some advice, download Spybot Search and destroy, great program, i had the same problem and it cleaned it up, i tried adware.. and it didnt work, spybot rocks

Yes i know your problem. I also have had it.
go into your regedit and search for for the webiste that keeps poping up, delete it. Then you must find the .exe that keeps inputting that into the registry. it can become extremley frustrating, fuck those nerdy dicks who sit at the comp 24/7 making that bullshit up.

It's completely legal. There are no laws prohibiting
spyware or adware! :x This stuff just has to stop. I

Yeah - the latest trick is to intercept the URL you click on from say Google - and then send you ro THEIR search engine ... VERY irritating.

That is true- If all else fails, just reinstall your OS. I've had to do it a couple times because of viruses and my comp worked fine afterwards.
