Damn, AGAIN!!! You lucky bastard. Would love to drive a Radical one day. Probably the production car that comes the closest to an F1 car!

hmmm a Ferrari F50 has an actual detuned formula 1 engine right out of Alain Prosts car in it...and the Enzo has F1 tansmission technology in it...so I would say these maybe are closer zippo...oh and that Mclaren thing

Technology wise, you're right, no argue about it. But most important the Radical has no roof (=> more of a F1 feeling), looks like a cart with some airodynamical plastics on it and makes use of a huge amount of downforce to increase the grip.

F50 doesnt have a roof either (although a hard top can of course be fitted)

It was a good day – There were only about 20 cars there so the track wasn’t busy and with an open pitlane you could go out at any time

Apart from a couple of people trying to show off in their Ferrari 575’s  (bye ) the other drivers all moved out the way.
The only car that was quicker than the Radical was a Race prepared Porsche 911 and they were the 2002 Porsche Cup Champions View their site

As promised - some photos

An older photo of the engine bay and wet tyres

A couple of small videos (right click, save as)

Looks like you had a good time yesterday, SDK. Were given that ride in the radical? If so, tell us about it.

Nice pictures.
