Actually, the helmet could most probably have prevented the neck from hyperextending and snapping. 
There is no doubt, falling on your head without extra protection usually hurts you a lot more than with..  |
yes ture, but landing on you shoulder and the top of your head just taping the ground, then your body weight kicks in, and snap (the shine of the paint might of even of made his neck snap faster)
but helmets are always good to wear,
but they didn't save senna :cry:
