OK first off those are NOT used in the Military.
I see them dirty all the time here because they are on construction sites for like the contractor or something. I see REAL HUMMERS dirty alot with nice scratches and dents sometimes. There is one around here that has a Cherry Picker on it and one that has a whole bunch of equipment on the back of it.

And in Illinois every car and truck looks like that after a decent amount of snow on the ground.
