It actually looks feasible. Look at the shape of the front outer headlamps... they have a hint of the new SLK in them.
Besides, most german mags get it right anyway.

Damn the design of the todayscars is bloody awfull, why are they destroing the companys trademark like that?
The current E-class looks much better imho.
But the worst thing is the new Porsche 997, the 996 looks much better.
