well yeah I know the decode thing is international it was setup by the U.S. Government and then the companies just went with it just like many of the safety standards (not all but many) I was just wondering about the list of assembly plants they had since I know all those American cars you listed are also built in N.A. aswell as Subaru's for N.A. etc...
