F*ckn Ryan Seacrest will host The New Year's Rockin' Eve now
I want him dead.
A Rockin' Sidekick for Dick Clark
Ryan Seacrest will join Dick Clark on Dec. 31 as the co-host of ABC's 34th "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" and will eventually replace him on the annual live broadcast from Times Square, Mr. Clark's publicist said. The publicist, Paul Shefrin, said Mr. Clark would return to the festivities this year after missing last year's broadcast while recovering from a stroke. The telecast, presented by Dick Clark Productions, traditionally starts at 10 p.m. Eastern time on Dec. 31 and continues for three and a half hours with music acts transmitted from Hollywood and a live broadcast of the annual dropping of the ball in Times Square to introduce the new year. Mr. Seacrest's multiyear deal also calls for him to become executive producer of the telecast.

he's the fag that was on the first season of American Idol as a host. He quit after that and did his own thing pushing the bubblegum crap that has been polluting the radio waves for the last 3 years
His name should not be associated with Rock in any way shape or form.

well he started out in radio, and then took over the Count Down (kasey kasem countdown)
@ the time he did american idol, then had 2 shows to his him + idol (not sure if the other 2 shows are on air?)
any who, he got a STAR and the walk of fame in such a short time....
if only he had a face made for radio all of this would never of happened

In todays day an age if he had a face for radio we wouldn't be subject to his shitty music either. Not to indicate that pop music is all about look and corporate schmoozing or anything..

Are you saying American Idol doesn't find, select and promote great talent... ho ho hold on there. Two words Clay Aitken (my hero/ musical god & genius)
Seacrest...Dick... I'd watch them if they dropped that stupid ball on their heads...that would ring in the New Year! Oh, drop on Paula Abdul too.

How the hell did Ryan ink a deal to become executive producer of the telecast? For you guys that don't know, 'DC Productions' is a huge Entertainment empire, right up there with Aaron Spelling Productions. A lot of shows that you view on US TV today are DC products. Maybe time will tell but I just don't see Ryan having the staying power in the industry like Dick Clark has.
This just means that the 'Rockin New Years Eve' will be even more gay.

I just laugh when I hear Paula's songs. Singing? It sounds like she has a lollipop stuck in her throat.
