Na - the 3 is a little older, like from 1936.
You got GAZ though - it's a 1941/2 GAZ M1.

Ahhh dammit.... M1...
Oh well, I havent looked into Russian cars in ages...61 was off top of my head, then I started googling and the '3' looked a lot like it except the smaller grills.
