I am not doubting the power of the car.
I am doubting the "275 speedo" claim. I am sure you "think" you got to 275 on the speedo, and the error or paralax and the angle of view let you see 262 on the speedo as 275
I am just throwing the numbers into the air, and 238hp, 3600lb + driver + passenger just seems to not land on 275kmh.
Surely y'all must realize if the car is showing 275kmh "on the speedo" there must either be some serious speddo error, or things just go faster through the air below sea level..
No wait - the air is denser below sea level, so shouldn't they go slower
Either way - lets give you the 275 "on the speedo" and say a 10% error (not imposible for an older car - that's 275 - 27.5 = 247kmh ..... lets round that UP to
250kmh for the effect...
This is far better than claiming ... "275kmh.... on the speedo... I think...."
I just want to help you not sound like a poser or wannabe at the local pub next Friday night
