Default Exotics in rome

Hi guys!!

I've just come back from a five day trip to Rome. Damn, I saw some nice cars, although the conditions for taking pics were usually awful (yeah, yeah, I know, there is ALWAYS an excuse ). I didn't have a lens filter with me and the reflections were horrible.

I visited the only Aston Martin dealer in Rome (one of only 3 in Italy) which turned out to be a small triangular shaped room with two cars (DB9 coupe & cabrio) and a small desk. They also had a Vanquish S, but they kept it in the garage. I also had a chat with two americans from Texas next to the red F430 and they told me where the Lambo dealer was. Unfortunatelly they only had two Gallardos (yellow & silver) but no Murcielago :/ I also wal;ked past a Bentley dealer, but they are a pretty common sight in Rome. Anyways, good to be back, and here are a few interesting cars I saw (just one of each for now, I'll post more later).

AM DB9:

AM DB9 Cabrio:

Bentley Conti GT (booooooooooooring):

BMW M6 (Outside the preisdents mansion, nothing but Mercedes and BMW limos...and then this!!):

Ferrari 456 (chased this one for about a kilometre, it finally stopped at some traffic lights)

Ferrari 612 Scaglietti (honestly, this car almost run me over):

Ferrari 430 (my very first!!)

Ferrari 430 Spider (this car got some serious attention amongst Italian girls):

Lambo Gallardo (I gotta learn how to take night shots :/ )

Lotus Esprit:

Maserati 3200 (just outside the Colloseum):

Maserati Quattroporte:

Porsche 993 Carrera 4 (rare colour):

Porsche 996 Carrera:

Porsche 996 Carrera 4S:

Porsche 996 Turbo:

Renault Clio V6:

I was also lucky enough to see some old italian cars during an annual meeting. Unfotunatelly I only had few MB's in my memorystick left :/ On display were 2 Dino's, a 348 a 512BB etc.

And can anybody tell me anything more about this car ?? (I've already googled for Antas V8 )

Some cool cars you saw - the M6 is a beast, and the 456 is one of my favourite Ferraris!

A shame you couldn't take more pics of the meeting, some beauties in that lineup!

Rome can hide some nice cars like any other European capital, well done! The green DB9 volante is pretty sexy!
My fav picture is the 996TT one, in the heavy italian traffic
