You really doubt nothing is wrong with a constant dose of radiation to your nutsack while your phone is in your pocket?

While the phone is in stand-by mode, it doesn't actually send signal to the cell tower constantly, only once every hour or so to confirm its location. Try putting the phone near a speaker, you'll notice static during the call but not during standby.
So don't worry *that* much about it, I'd more worry about all the antennas in the city. The strength of the signal is much higher than that from the phone itself.
