Well NYC is still more expensive than Boston but Boston is VERY expensive. My tiny 1 bedroom apartment was $1,550 a month. But that was on the first block of Marlborough Street, one the nicest blocks in all of Boston...
Ted Kennedy and the chairman of Fidelity Investments live on this same block. Well not that Ted was hardly ever there... I saw him 2 or 3 times in the 3 years I lived there. Always with secret service men with him.
