Not too bad coming in at 7th, but I would like a more laid back job where I can have some sort of creative input.

I dont know where they get their research.. I jumped ship from this to a form of Market research analyst to keep my job when they started sending software engineer jobs to india.

1. Software Engineer - When your job hasn't been outsourced to a third-world-country. Or you're already a top engineer at SW companies.
2. College professor - Community or public colleges count?
3. Financial adviser - Of course, it has been the best way to make money: tell ppl to risk their own money with your "accurate predictions". You'll always make some money.
4. Human Resources Manager - Yeah right. He's is one of chain that gets the blowjobs during interviews
5. Physician assistant - Don't have a clue about this job
6. Market research analyst - You charge thousands per day of work, telling your customer that their marketing team/agency is crap. And your marketing services are better... and more expensive.
7. Computer IT analyst - an IT guy?
8. Real Estate Appraiser - A person who buys houses that are falling apart and sells them with a 1000% markup
9. Pharmacist - Yes when your #1 client (drug lord) buys all your flu medicine (pseudo-ephedrine)
10. Psychologist - charge $100 usd to have a moaner in your couch while you listen your mp3 player during the sessions

PA's are very much like a regular doctor. They see patients and can prescribe medications, treatments, diagnostic testing, etc. They must have a board certified MD working above them, essentially supervising their work.
Often PA's will see patients for followups or in immediate care situations. If a patient has a family doctor, but is sick and requires treatment, often times the patient will see a PA as the regular doctor is usally booked with other patients that day.

Keep in mind these are jobs in America
Pharmacists make good money... but it's a lot of work in school and out of school.
