veilsidebr.... yeah ur right abt the skyline doing 13.72..
BUT
theres an american car duno which name... on the drag strip.. 7.34@191mph!!
kicks the gtr700 and the one u talk abt... but obvisouly this one isnt a road going one.. i have a video which shows 7.34 sec for 1/4 mile...

ive got a video of canada's fastest street registered and legall road car (1957 i think corvette) running 7.22 @ 196.63
but if youre talking the actual drag cars i belive the rail cars (top fuellers here in aus) are in the low to mid 4 second bracket

I am 99 percent sure the panoz isn't road legal. Look at the picture of the car.
It is impressive for a car setup to be a road racer but I am sure we can come up with faster road racers. We wont even get into drag cars because that would be too easy. (prostock and the like are alot faster then 7s.)

You can get sub 9sec @~145mphfor less than $10k... on a modified snowmobile.
That's the cheapest single digit time slip i know of.
