I think this is a Show-car only, to show the technical habilities of CEIIA, the organism who made the car, that works in the design area.

They've built several parts for Ferrari, which explains why the car resembles the 599 so much.

It's a showcase car... nothing more.

Steering wheel from a C5 Corvette...automatic transmission, engine from a C6 Vette (apparently given the 6.0L), rear end of a Marcos TSO, dashboard from a Rover 75, hood louvers from a Viper SRT-10, and a front end that looks like a Ferrari 612 with some extra foglamps...all with the fit-and-finish of a cardboard box...not too impressive, and certainly not very original.

And the exhausts from a Honda Civic. Air vents from a London bus.

Rear end looks like a Marcos.

In the photos first posted the overall shape of the car looks good, very reminicent of the 60's and 70's race cars (mix between Ferrari and Cobra).

Since it is a car in development, I'd assume that LSx powered car is for chassis testing.

Good thing they are doing this in the public eye, cause it looks like they need help with the design.
