I don't know, in California, I have yet to see a decent E46 M3 under $25k. In fact most decent ones are still hovering around $30k with the mileage you listed. But then again California cars are always more expensive.

Right but dealership prices are usually higher than auction prices. Even the "buy it now price" is set by the seller - so if it's a private sale it's usually less. Either less or ambitiously high

If I went to a stealer in Vegas I'm sure I couldn't find the car I mentioned at that price either.
