Default Top Gear review of TT with clarkson

While reviewing the 2003 Audi TT clarkson stated that the car prepared the next gear while the other was engaged. Do any other car companies utilize the 2 clutch system. Is there one that does this for downshifting as well? Is there a name for this clutch?

Audi's system is called DSG.. with a quick search around the net you will find infos (also here on the forums we had a couple of topics too I think)... and I suppose in the near future every manufacturer will have its own system of double clutch
