The case should be tossed out. The video could have been doctored to exagerate their speed, no LEO's witnessed the 'race' - what will the charge be?
It's not like people get arrested for 'eye witness' reports of a race. I have reported racers that actually cut us off and forced us onto the shoulder - cops answer was 'No-one in Law Enforcement saw it, it is your word against theirs'.
