Yeah it's e very nice building in the downtown/brickell area. We're renting here till we find a house to buy. Insane amount of money fparked around Miami and Miami Beach. Rich people from all over the world just buy condos and super cars and leave them empty and Un-driven ten months a year. It's actually insanely shallow and douchebaggy, but we're not going to live in these types of neighborhoods when we buy a house so I'm just enjoying looking at the nice cars for now, probably appreciate them more than their owners do, who, if they ever drive them at all, drive them to the beach and back at 30mph just to be seen.
