217 bhp for a Saxo would be incredible. But don't you think that you would have to change some other parts, for instance in the drivetrain, as well? You'd need bigger wheels too, I think.

stradale - yes no doubt there will be other things to change, the website i looked at has loads of things, different options rangin from tuning for under £500,brakes,drivetrain,forced induction etc etc so ill have to read up a lot on it.217hp yes is very yummy indeed but what bout the VTS,doesnt 290hp sound better, lol

stracing - lol, patience is sumthin i dont have, especially for the supra,i want it badly but still, insurance wont be come possible/acceptable price till im at least 25.so i want to start with sumthin fun, less power but enough to make the car really fun to drive and 200+ in a saxo will be,trust me.

personally i like the idea and for one,the car will be different

Well if I were you I would save for a VTS, it has much more modding potential...I know it's hard to be patient...but in the end it's worth it..

if i can manage the insurance or even GET insured again i will do the 3 mods jon_s mentioned

for real mods the VTS seems better, but 300hp in one, man,it would be insane car to drive

lol that is crazy bhp!! brakes and gearbox would need uprating. You can always get a VTS engine and drop it in. I think they are under a grand now.

I think gis should go for the supercharger! LOL
300bhp in a Saxo is insane, talk about a pocket rocket!

gis, did you read through that entire thing I sent you? There was a ton of stuff on there!

not all of it yet,i been readin throught the supercharger part a lot of times, lol the increase from the charger alone is crazy

the VTR adds up just perfect.what was said,220hp is really the limit for a FWD car,the saxo VTR with the cahrger and mods will add up to around that.it would be perfect.but like i said, gettin a newer one would be great,by the time i saved up for the charger the car i have now will have like 90k miles on it,therefore no point.

but still,id be happy with a supercharged VTR or VTS
