This is madness! Is it only available in Carbon only? Looks a bit too brutal if you ask me. No doubt though that it will be mindblowingly quick!

Wow indeed. It looks incredibly fussy compared to Koenigsegg's conversion of the CCX into CCGT. This car looks too ornamental to be a good race car. And as striking as it is, it's frankly ugly.
Then again, unlike the CCGT, the Zonda R's life will be limited to be a play toy for the insanely rich, like the FXX or the MC12 Corsa, although it won't have any respectable racing pedigree as the latter two. Pass.

the oval exhaust housing is the only weird bit about the car .... i can assure you the rest is all functional .. .
but yeah .. the air intakes can be designed to look better .... .

Interesting that there's a new AMG-SL beside it - seems like the guys from AMG are testing some new engines with these cars. Remember the TVR Cerberea that AMG used for first tests of the SLR's engine? To bad we can't hear this Zonda, I wonder if it has the "R"-engine, the new 6.3l V8 (Bi-Turbo?) or even the AMG 65-V12...

^ My thoughts. If they want to test the R, than they'll do it on a circuit or racetrack.
