Default Lamborghini Murciélago LP670-4 SV revealed

Click for more

Supporting what we've previously heard, the new ride is getting a horsepower increase to 670 HP and a weight reduction of 220 lbs relative to the already quick and nimble Lamborghini LP 640. The extra power and lower weight equals super acceleration, with a supposed 0-to-62 MPH time of 3.2 seconds and a top speed of approximately 212 MPH.
This new data excludes the price of this 350-unit limited edition, but if everything else holds up it should go on sale in June with a price of approximately 25% more than the LP640.

Hmmm... with that much CF it starts to look a bit out of place outside of a track does it not?

Love it. Finally, a pretentious wing on a Lambo that actually works

I think it would look much better if the car is silver or black.

^Yeah, a dark titamium color like found on some of the current LP640s would look good. I'd like to see some of those carbon fiber trims painted as well (chin spoiler & side scoops). I'd leave the difuser unpainted though.

Cool looking car, better than the Reventon IMO.

I can't believe what I'm hearing. A true Lamborghini, a special edition at that, should be loud as possible. Yellow is a perfectly acceptable color. My only disappointment is that the SV logo wasn't emblazoned all across its flanks.

Is it just me or the car needs some lowering?

This pic says no.

I'm sure all the aerodynamic doodads will push it down anyway.
