Default MP3 conversion

I would like to use an mp3 file that bobafet provided of a 360CS driving through a tunnel as my ringtone on my mobile (or cell whatever you guys call it ). To upload it to my phone it needs to be a MIDI file, do you guys know how to achieve this or a program which will convert it for me?
Thanks.

Huh, midi is not some sound, it's the actual notes. You'd have to convert your mp3 into all it's tones (notes) and then you could make a midi file out of it... i may be wrong

Thanks X-Ale, thats sounds complicated.....maybe not such a good idea after all. Anyway if I did it I'd probably start calling myself just to hear the sound.

converting to mp3 to wav and then to midi is possible. however it ain't gonna sound right. i tried this before with some program but it never came out right. so what i did was get a new phone (nokia 6600) which supports wav ring and text tones.

I just found that out chipanggo , it sounds like crap after the conversion (using the link mindgam3 provided). I have a Nokia 7210 but I don't thinK i'm gonna get a new phone just to get a certain ringtone.
