Default Tyson

Did anyone see Tyson get his ass kicked yesterday? Holy shit, was a beatdown. Although i think he may have been injured partway through the fight.

Didn't see the fight but from what I read I understood that Tyson was very strong the first rounds and almost (T)KO:d Williams.

I didn't see the fight, but I clicked on his losing on the poll about the fight. He's always been all talk no walk. When he was in his prime he went to jail, and when he got out/back in shape he was too old.

Dude don't say that Tyson has always been "all talk no walk". Maybe you dont' like him but there is no doubt about him being one of the greatest heavyweight boxers.

Titles: 1986: WBC Heavyweight Title 1987: WBA Heavyweight Title 1987: IBF Heavyweight Title 1987: Undisputed World Heavyweight Champion 1996: WBC Heavyweight Title 1996: WBA Heavyweight Title

I rest my case..

doesn't he also have a record of 21 or somthing 1st round KO?

His first two round was good in this fight, but he did hurt himself i think near the end of the 1st

but he just ran out of gas, tyson isn't a long distance fighter (go deep in to the rounds) but to loose in the 4th is just sad, i think he should just walk away. and mayb make a in home grill or somthing

Well, he came back for money.....so he is obviously not walking away, bills don't just pay themselves. Plus for his first match after his comeback, I think they should have started out with some inexperienced white guy.

he didn't get enuf money to pay off anything because he lost,
and what the hell are you saying about an "inexperienced white guy"
you probaly don't know anything about boxing... right now there are 4 heavy weight champs can you name them?

because Lewis left, Vitaly is champ, and Vladimir ran himself out of gas...two white guys. ALL the rest are nowhere close to their levels and hence would be a better suit for Tyson's comeback match...but anyways point was that his 1st match back should have had an easier apposition to ease himself back

Tyson has been and still is a piece of shit. When he came up against the good heavyweights (eg. Lennox Lewis) he got knocked the fuck out. He's the Madonna of the boxing world: not so good at it but survives through controversy.

yeah, he's a weirdo and shit, but he was gangsta in the first three rounds yesterday. Only Williams wouldn't go down, which deserves a ton of respect cuz Tyson landed some haymakers. In fact i think one of tyson' punches (an uppercut) prevented Williams from going down. Then apparently tyson tore a ligament and i guess his movement was slowed, ended up being his undoing. It was actually a pretty entertaining fight and like any good heavyweight fight was decided in a knockout. When does Bob Sapp fight Tyson? They should have in the ring security if this one ever happens. They're both nuts.

Now I think Williams will want to fight Vitaliy, if Vitaliy knocks him out there will only be Bird left. And after that? Looks like we got a King for a while. I thought Tyson would bring something new to the division but it doesnt look like it.
