Do you have a SMC network card or something?

I'm pretty sure that won't have anything to do with BT, it'll be something to do with your actual computer - probably your web browser

Silvia Evo, I had a similar problem with BT about a month ago.
The problem seemed to be my network card. What I recommend you do is update your drivers on your network card and possibly download the latest BT client.
That seemed to solve my "blue screen of death" problem with BT.
If the problem persists, I believe there is a patch lingering on the net that may fix this problem if it is a certain network card. Mine happens to be a Linksys LNE100TX which I updated.
