Movie Review: The Exorcist The Beggining
All i really have to say is holy fucking shit was this movie good. I seen alot of movies this year, but none of them compare to the exorcist. If you havent seen the original then before you see it go see this one. If youve seen the original definately go see this one. I havent seen a movie this good in theaters in a long time. The Plot is set up perfectly. I dont want to give anything away, but it is one of the most fucked up, twisted, scary, horror, goriest movie i think i may have even seen. From the first scene the movie grabs you and doesnt let go. Words just cannot describe how crazy this movie is. Its one of the few movies in a few years where the previews didnt lie. If you are of any religious belief, ANY definately go see this movie. If your a athetiest go see this movie. You know the movie must be good if im sitting here just out of the movie at 1:24 and the thing started at 10:50 and i still have the energy to type this review
Plot: 10/10
Camera Effects, Lighting 15/10 The lightning and camera work was perfect
Delivery of the storyline 10/10
Acting 20/10 THe actors were right on, perfect, and looked very compelling like it was all happening to them at that moment
:Maybe a spoiler dont read below here
During a part of the movie, the story line takes a huge fucking twist like you would of never expected. I didnt see this coming at all you will definately be like HOLY SHIT! Also the cross scene is fucking awesome.
:end of spoiler:
GO SEE THIS MOVIE, Fuck the critics reviews they obviously werent watching that same movie as i did.

I taught at first this was about the original, which i didnt like much. I was pretty young when I saw it so maube I'd like it now... Anyway, didn't know they made a remake... and what's with "the beggining", they cut it into different parts?

i know the fucking critics were wayyyyyyyyy wrong, i almost didnt go see the movie because of this.
But then i read some of the yahoo reviews by regular joes like us, and they gave it a B. Also this is one of the few movies were the special effects arent overdone and look cheesy.

Most critics are wrong sometimes. I remember my newspaper once gave "Bad Boys 2" no stars at all. And i thought it was really good.

I saw this movie yesterday and it was better than I expected, the acting was fairly decent, and the flow of the movie climaxed at the end where it should have. But I would give it a 7/10. It is nowhere near as great as the original but it was still better than most of the movies that I have seen this summer.

best movie of the year? more like WORST MOVIE of the year, the acting was mayb 6/10 if any the make up was 10x worse the the first won (that more then 20 years, and the makeup has gotten worse), the effects were sooo bad, it looked like a 2001 video game, resident evil 2 for PSone had better gfx in its movie cuts then this movie did,
it wasn't even scary, and the twist you could see it coming...
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0204313/ - imdb gave it a 4.7/10 that is how bad it is
http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/exorcist_the_beginning/ - 7% on rottentomatoes, blah you have a good taste in movies
