Yes it's a Diablo. There was one in the japanese version of the game but it wasn't named Lamborghini but something like Dome or another tuner : this is the game version of a modified Diablo that was runing in the japanese GT championship. If i remember well, the engine was turned by 180° and the gearbox position was changed.
For the vid, they are certainly using an Action Replay CD to make such effects. Am i wrong ??

Yes indeed you can get the Nomad diablo as long as 996 GT3, Stratos and a couple more thanks to a little program called GT3edit and even in the US version. not sure for the PAL one, I never had it
(of course you need also a Sharkport / X-port) to connect PS2 and PC

well all i have is action replay max, they have save that have the gt3 and the diablo on it, but no stratos  . the gt3 isn't good though, since you can't do anything on it, cept change the rims lol
