It looks more like a Cizeta Moroder IMO
(have a looke at the following link

I also immediately thought of a Cizeta Morodor. But I didn't know this was the prototype version.

Good call on the Cizeta, folks. Had I not seen all of the posts, I would have been in the Diablo camp, myself....
