Enzo On Top Gear?
I was just wondering if there has ever been an episode where the stig drove an Enzo around the track. I don't think so and was wondering why the hell not.

Tiff drove it in Maranello, but It's not a good idea to give a Enzo to the Stig
Cheers

I am sure they will be able to secure a drive in the future I doubt they will ever get permission from any owner to drive it around the trach though... the run-off areas are just too bumpy/small. There are too many ruts/obstacles to get in the way and do some serious damage for even a small mistake at a low speed
Interlagos with it's high grip tarmac run-off areas would be perfect for pushing the Enzo to its limits

I know that owners probably wouldnt want to let JC or the stig drive it but ...I would have thought that it was b/c of insurance..it would be really hard to get someone to insure a car worth that much..JC drove the F1 and a GT40 a while back but now days they are a whole lot more picky on who they insure...

I dont see any reason why they shouldnt drive it. If they can take the Zonda and CGT around there, then why not?

Again, because no Enzo owner offered one... it isn't that hard to understand IMO

well IF the car does get damadge IF they take it on the track, won't Ferrari make the repairs on it? Unless it is destroyed beyond repair.

Especially after what happened to the jag C-type, doubt anyone who heard of the show Top Gear would let them borrow the car. Same for Tiff, he only got to drive the Enzo with an invitation from ferrari.
Who knows, perhaps jeremy can borrow it from one of his friends for his future DVD.

ya, it is unfortunate that car enthusiast don't let their babies be borrowed, there is a man in the US with an Enzo and he is trying to put the most miles on it out of all the Enzo's maybe they should get in contact with him.

if some enzo owners take part in the gumball, i'm sure jc will find an owner willing to lend them for top gear. it's only a matter of time.

The TopGear track has a couple tight corners at the beginning, but for the most part it is a very fast track. The Enzo is probably the best modern supercar for high speed corners and certainly the quickest in a straightline.
I originally thought it was due to issues with Ferrari, but now I'm pretty sure it is simply the difficulty of getting their hands on one. There are only 399 so even Ferrari doesn't just keep a bunch.
