What should I do?

This guy is being racist to me and other people. He's a big ass mofo, but I'm pretty sure I can take him. My options are:

1. kick his ass (If I would do it, how bad should I beat him up?)
2. get all my gangster friends to beat him up (This could end up in them stabbing/shooting them, so I'm a little hesitant about this one.)
3. go to the principal (I think this would result in me having to beat him up anyway since he'd start shit for me going to the principal).

Any other suggestions?

The thing is that I really don't want a record. I also don't want any shit like fighting to appear on my school record since that would kill my university applications.

it only takes about 3 lbs of quick pressure to the front or side of the knee to bring someone down, maybe a little more if they are muscular.

the school won't be able to do shit. no matter what they say they will do. after hours he'll probably single you out.

how thick is your biggest book? maybe a sharp blow to the temple (this will have to be accomplished from behind since he'll dodge it if he sees it coming.)

you still may want one or two of your friends with you, just make sure they aren't much more violent than you.

after his ass is on the ground (if he is still consious) make sure he knows why you did it.

Thanks for the advice...but I've been doing taekwondo for...a while ...and I'm a rugby forward. Taking him down would not be a problem. For the record, I am white and he's white as well. He's just being racist in general and it pisses me off.

* i only used this as an example because black males are usually the most aggressive when it comes to racist morons like this (from what i have witnessed). Though i have seen some hispanic guys go ape shit, they usually don't fare well against the larger advesaries.

Filing a formal complaint puts the law on your side. Considering you have now made this public record - if the guy dies while you and your friends beat him up - it becomes clearly premeditated..

I would beat his ass but consider law when you do it. Make him punch you first. Make sure it is after school on a weekend. Make sure there are people watching.

He punches you, you kick his ass, he goes to jail and you should not get a record. And if you have witnesses that can prove to the cops that he punched you first you defently should not get a record.
