Default Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione

they're going to build it!!! http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/news/ev...y.php?id=40387

It's just what Alfa needs, a modern SZ.
the only thing I don't like is the supercharger, but at least it's going into production

100,000 euros is a very good price!

I don't mind the supercharger, it works throughout the entire rev range. It doesn't have lag like a turbo.

Downside to this is the Brera is definately off. There's no room for two 8 cylinder cars at Alfa Romeo.

Still, I'm very excited! I love it...

Yes you will! The V8 project, whether it was with Italdesign's Brera body or with this 8C competizione body, has been intended as Alfa Romeo's return to the US all along. At the same time other Alfa Romeo's are to be sold in the US. You don't have to miss a thing.

I like the cars profile but I've never been a fan of that alpha grill. Alpha is coming back to the US bu they keep pushing it back i think somewhere in the 06-07 range now.

Default waiting for it

great design, has anyone seen interior pics?

is there already a video around?

have driven a lot of alfas already
alfetta, alfa sud, alfa 75, alfa 90, alfa 155, alfa 164

i love the sound of the engine and the performance, but handling still is tricky - hope they will solve it on the brera.

searching for a alfa montreal inboard video - car has a phantastic sound (open webers)

there is a movie - where a montreal competes against a porsche - has anyone found it on the internet?

I like very much the car. It's very pretty and if it's going to have that engine will be even much better.
