Default The new 2006 Lexus IS350 (official road test pics update)

This is the new 2006 Lexus IS350.
It is equiped with V6 engine but different displacement, IS 250 is equiped with 2.5-liter engine, while the IS 350 is powered by a 3.5-liter engine.
Both IS will be rear and AWD sport sedan.
IMO this car will be a good competitor to the crowded luxury sport sedan class...

some high res pics:

I don't know. . . it almost seems like the front end is too bland. Like there is too much hood or something.

I like the fact that they are trying to be aggressive with their styling, but I just don't really like it. It reminds me to "Pontiac Aggresive" where it is definitely aggressive but does not look really good.

A bit, yeah, but the Mazda is a more cohesive design from my perspective...

Not bad. Sort of shouts out: "I am an aggressive and angry Toyota!"

kinda looks like the avalon, where they're trying to make it too futuristic and they failed to do that.

i like it a lot better than the current IS, i have never really been a fan of the clear break lights and its good to see that they are gone. also the interior looks wonderful IMO. exterior looks better than the redesigned GS i think.
