I just saw a MB SL50K AMG. What's that?

I'm not very much into the SL range, so the MB SL50K AMG might be normal, but I've never seen one before. I thought the SL55 was the only AMG SL. Googling a bit I found the Kleeman SL 50K, but not a SL 50K AMG. Does anyone know the story?

I know it's just details, but I'm very good at wondering about details
