Chelsea to spend £83 million on Ronaldinho

His agent has denied it so the chances are pretty high IMO , I'd love to see him in the premiership He has a £100 million release clause and i think chelsea would pay it! thats how crazy they have made the transfer market.

I'm not a chelsea fan but they were damn entertaining to watch last year many times.
