Its the labour hours that determine the price of a paint job. If you are doing all the prep work (removing trim and sanding and preparing the entire bodywork) then $450 may be possible, but i wouldn't count on it. Have you seen any of the work they have done? I've heard of plenty of places offering cheap paintjobs on your side of the pond, there was a chain of them, can't remember what they were called. Anyway the general concensus was not too bother!

Well, you won't belive this. But in my country, the minimum wages for labor is way too low compare to your minimum. Thats why it is possible to have them do the preparation and the painting for $ 450, usually it takes around $ 700. But in this case my friend is a friend of the owner

so he generously gives me a "friend discount" and i've seen some of their work, usually they make a custom built wide body, custom body kit, and that sort of thing..

and they do a great paint job, because i've seen their work at the oven room.. anyway, if you interested just come here (to Indonesia)
